A monthly $3 \u201clegacy network\u201d fee will apply to late adopters on Rogers and Fido.<\/p><p data-start=\"242\" data-end=\"400\"><strong data-start=\"242\" data-end=\"281\">Vid\u00e9otron, Fizz, and Freedom Mobile<\/strong> align their schedule with Rogers, with a <strong data-start=\"323\" data-end=\"370\">progressive shutdown starting July 31, 2025<\/strong> in Quebec and Eastern Canada.<\/p><p data-start=\"402\" data-end=\"607\"><strong data-start=\"402\" data-end=\"428\">Bell and Virgin Mobile<\/strong> will begin with Manitoba: <strong data-start=\"455\" data-end=\"475\">October 31, 2025<\/strong> for residential customers and <strong data-start=\"506\" data-end=\"527\">December 31, 2025<\/strong> for businesses.
