iPhone 17 leaks are gaining traction. An official document from a South Korean carrier has surfaced, shedding light on Apple’s next lineup. The changes appear significant, especially in the camera department.

Photography finally made mainstream on the Pro models

No more frustration between the iPhone Pro and Pro Max. Apple is finally standardizing the same camera capabilities across both high-end models. In practice, each will feature a triple 48 MP setup, including the much-talked-about 8x telephoto lens.

Still, experts are urging caution. Many suspect that the promised 8x zoom may rely on digital cropping rather than pure optics. “Apple has a history of doing this with intermediate focal lengths,” one savvy user noted on social media. The line between optical and digital is becoming increasingly blurred.

Cooling: Apple finally catches up

Even more interesting, the Pro models will feature a vapor chamber cooling system. It’s a first for Apple, which had clearly fallen behind Android rivals in this area. The goal is simple: sustain performance during intensive gaming sessions or 8K video editing.

The downside is that this upgrade will remain exclusive to the Pro lineup. The standard iPhone 17 and the new Air model will have to settle for “high-density” batteries to make up for it.

Performance and battery life: the numbers race goes on
