Chatr doesn't support hotspot. You might get it working but I can't on my iPhone. I called support and they said they don't support it. The coverage is also terrible. I was on Fido before which is also Rogers. I never had the low bar problem and slow internet there like I do here. Literally go with anyone else.

Customer service doesn't exist. No humans, only a robot that sends you useless links. It's impossible to find out your account number. When you have a problem, you have to go to a store. You call Rogers, the company that owns Chatr, and no help is available. You're on your own. You'll have to file a complaint with the CRTC.

The fact the you won't let people call a customer service number in. Order to speak with a real person and force th m to waste time talking to a useless robot is disgusting.The fact that all Canadian carriers offer absurdly expensive prices for their plans is even more disgusting. Despite the many negative reviews I've read, I'm very happy with my experience with Lucky Mobile. I've been a customer for two months now, and I find their service to be excellent. Topping up with a card is extremely fast and convenient. My only complaint is that they send a lot of text messages, but having never used any other provider, I'm not sure if this is a common practice. My plan: $15/month 100 minutes of calls Unlimited texts

The system becomes slow during peak hours. Also, depending on where you are, the connection can drop. This is very frustrating when working remotely.
