Il y a un mois, mon contrat mobile avec Videotron est arrivé à échéance et j'ai cherché des options moins coûteuses. Une recherche sur planhub.ca m'a permis de découvrir la compagnie Fizz, et je capote alors j'en parle.
Les avantages :
- Pas de contrat, je peux arrêter quand je veux.
- Je peux modifier mon plan chaque mois si je le désire.
- C'est de loin le moins cher que j'ai trouvé par rapport à mes besoins.
- Ils offrent une excellente couverture.
- Si j'ai des données mobiles non utilisées, elles vont être transférées au mois suivant. Je peux aussi choisir d'en offrir à des gens. Oui oui!
- Cette compagnie offre un système de fidélité très intéressant.
- Avec mon code de référence (AMRB1, utilisable uniquement au moment de l'inscription), ça offre à moi et à la personne qui s'inscrit un rabais. Présentement, et jusqu'au 15 juillet, une personne qui n'utiliserai mon code, ça nous donnerait 50 $ de rabais.
Les inconvénients (si on peut appeler ça comme ça) :
- Tout est fait en ligne. Autrement dit, on ne peut pas parler à quelqu'un de vive voix pour obtenir de l'aide.
- La compagnie mise beaucoup sur un réseau d'entraide : il y a des forums participatifs et les clients peuvent s'entraider avant d'avoir recours aux employés de la compagnie.
I switched two mobile numbers to Fizz and couldn't be happier so far with the service. The advantage that Fizz has is: it's cheaper than my previous provider, it has total flexibility to change the monthly plan (I reduced my data for my second month, since I'm at home much more these days), rollover of data to next month, perks (5 1GB add-ons, etc). Their customer service is horribly inaccessible and they blocked my service because I inadvertently missed one payment after being a customer for over a year.
