With Fizz since about a month. The installation was amazingly easy, the installer helped a lot with the cable in the apartment, and still it was free of charge. The speed (I used to be with Virgin) has tripled for the same price. By now I find it working well, sometimes the speed would decrease for short periods of time but insignificantly. And even during these moments it's still working well. I am on 120Mbps contract. Highly recommended.

In general, reliable and good quality service. Website and simple billing and no surprises. The big problem is the customer service, no direct line and poorly trained SAC. I solved my problems by myself by searching the internet.

with teksavvy for 13 years. but we were being priced out as years went by... they have no flanking brand...so it was as if we were with Bell, or Rogers telus. We ordered Fizz online, picked the 30 mb for 44, with option to switch onilne by ourseles, to 50 for 60 or 60 for 120 mb. It turned oninstantly with only a fwe modifications needed by us like IP Addresses... from there is rock solid, and we're havppy to have the costs of the equipment carrifed by FIzz... we are ecstatic with the pricing and the perfect install...looking to many years..

Connection could be better but good customer service

So far this has been surprisingly flawless.
I got the 120mbs and on Speedtest I get 120 or more consistently.
During covid they have contactless delivery.
The installer left the box at my door and told me to follow the instructions in the box while he sits in his van downstairs waiting to verify the signal. He called me when he left the box and said I could call him back if there were any problems.
There weren’t. It went super smooth and we have been having no issues for more than a month now.
Highly recommended.

Although it might not seem like the cheapest monthly internet at first glance, it saves you a lot of money in the long run. I tried to get internet from a cheaper provider first, but with all hidden charges (modem, router, delivery, installation, account creation fee) they gave me a ridiculous amount of more than $200 just for the first month. I decided to try fizz and was not disappointed. There is no calls, no waiting time, no private information over the phone. You create an account on their website (free), sélect the plan you want, select the day and time you want it delivered (I chose the soonest which was 2 days after ordering), and you’re all set. They give you modem for free and there is absolutely no additional charges except OPTIONAL installation for $30, which they inform you about on every step of the process . On the scheduled day technician arrives, checks if you have cable and offers help with setting up one more time. You don’t technically need help, even if you have never had experience with setting up internet, the box comes with clear and easy instructions to do so. It took me less than 5 mins to set up mine. Internet started working right away and I have not had any issues with it since. It’s fast and reliable. There is a lengthy list of troubleshoots and how to fix them on their website in case you run into a problem and don’t want to call them. You can also monitor your usage and devices and run speed tests through their app. If you need internet and need it NOW - definitely go with Fizz.

We have a basic plan of 15mgb. Really good. Saves us money which is very good. Good network. Pretty easy to install. We are satisfied.

I work from home in downtown Montreal and have the 120 Mbps plan. Regarding Internet access, it usually reaches the speed tag of 120 Mbps but there sure are fluctuations throughout the day and as far as I can tell there is occasional network packet dropping during work hours, but nothing nasty. I do video conference calls all day long and sometimes (definitely not every day) I have 5-second freezes where I can't hear or see the other participants. Outside of data traffic, I enjoy the ability to arbitrarily change my plan to a lower speed --and lower price-- when I know I will spend an extended period travelling. The changes apply to the following payment cycle, though. I'd prefer that plan changes took effect immediately, but this isn't too bad when you know if you'll be working from home next month.
