When my cell phone was stolen, FIZZ took 5 COMPLETE days before re-establishing the line with my number on my new cell phone. All this while telling me only "... we are working to solve the problem as soon as possible.". Good morning! I live in the countryside and I pick up the signal very well! My plan only costs me $28+Tx with unlimited calls to Qc, unlimited texts & internet. In summary, I recommend FIZZ 100%, it's good and not expensive! Your unused internet data is added to your next month!!

I have been a loyal customer of Fizz services (internet, mobile) since 2019 and have consistently been satisfied with their offerings. Their pricing remains reasonable, and the loyalty-based compensation program is a commendable added benefit.

From the internet service order to activation and use, everything has been excellent. I’ve never seen anything go so smoothly. In addition to the perks and the price reduction that I was able to adjust myself by changing the plan, there's also the customer service, which is available 24/7. I’m very impressed.

Good price but no stability, I pay for 400, I can roll up to 436 but too often I don't exceed 70, even at 30 cm from the tower and tested with several sites, even that of Fizz and as much with different devices (Lap top, cell phones) one after the other, not at the same time! On this side, I am disappointed!
