They owe me 180$ since December 2022, now we're 9march 2022 and still they haven't payed me. Everytime i call them they tell they escalated the matter to the financial department and to wait. Evertime i call they put me on hold for more than 30 minutes just to come back with nothing we can do you have to wait. Videotron=thieves

I do not recommend Videotron at all, as you negociate a price with them and there will be always surprise fees, slight increase every few months later, so if you do not check your bill, the price keeps increasing. And every year you need to spend 1-1.5hr on phone with their customer service to try bring back fees to something similar to competitor.

In 1996 - the internet service was launched and in 2000, Videotron was acquired by Québecor. In November of 2018, Videotron participated in the “Connecting Families Initiative”, which was aimed at providing low-income families with internet access. Chaired by Pierre Karl Péladeau, Videotron Canada continues to outperform its competitors by providing innovative and attractive offers that meet the needs of Canadian businesses and families.
