Le vendeur m’a donné une offre et j’ai payé chère. Il m’a dit que l’offre serait avantageuse, mais j’ai cassé un contrat de presque 2 ans avec amende par croissance en lui et je suis entré un autre contrat chère. Je ne recommande pas Videotron.

After spending a few minutes with an agent to have my name added as an agent on Sunday, I call on Wednesday and am told that my name does not appear on the account and that I cannot interact with their agent until the other person on the account does not confirm to them that I am an agent. What incompetence!

Go to Videotron du St D'achats here. Ask for prices and packages and get me 2 post-its written with a big black marker. NO POLITES OR SERVICE. Imagine you if I had to go with VIDEOTRON!

They owe me 180$ since December 2022, now we're 9march 2022 and still they haven't payed me. Everytime i call them they tell they escalated the matter to the financial department and to wait. Evertime i call they put me on hold for more than 30 minutes just to come back with nothing we can do you have to wait. Videotron=thieves

I do not recommend Videotron at all, as you negociate a price with them and there will be always surprise fees, slight increase every few months later, so if you do not check your bill, the price keeps increasing. And every year you need to spend 1-1.5hr on phone with their customer service to try bring back fees to something similar to competitor.
