Videotron customer since 1998 with the 4-service package at the time (internet, TV, cell phone and traditional phone). At first, they let you see a certain multi-service discount, each service lowers the bill for the other services and they block your plan for periods of 2-3 years. On the other hand, the biggest problem is that although they let you expect a good price and discounts, when you compare what you have vs the competition, it's still too expensive despite the supposed discounts. You have to call every 6 months to lower your bill and the agent comes out with clauses and discounts out of nowhere to keep you satisfied and lower your package but often they increase your speed a little add a few data blocks but your bill ultimately doesn't go down. It started to seriously get out of hand with the arrival of Helix in 2020. 2 bills, 2 account numbers, total mess. The apps to manage this don't work too well and the website has become a real Tower of Babel....not to mention the invoice which takes up 5 pages and we see + and - next to each service with a list of discounts.....you are never too sure if you are paying the right price for what you have or if you have supposed discounts that are not applied. Customer service is OK with the ability to speak to real humans quickly and the connectivity is good but I was tired of being laughed at every time I talked about my internet, TV and cell phone plan with my friends and colleagues and I started to separate my s

There are occasional lags with the internet but customer service is excellent when there is a problem.

Look for same quality but cheaper!
