Failure to accept incompetence

3 months ago we paid our bill in full. They then processed a payment which went back nsf. We called them, and were told the payment went through and that be cause there was a dou le payment they were going to issue a refund. I asked 3 times if they were absolutely sure, and I was told yes. 2 weeks ago, we got a notification that there was an outstanding payment, and that we had to pay it. I called

Nothing I cant do about it

I am beyond frustrated with Bell Mobility right now. I upgraded my plan from 100GB to 200GB on September 9th because I had already used up my data. Bell shows on my account that the change is “effective immediately,” but here I am 6 days later and NOTHING has changed.I’ve called them every single day since and all they do is put me on hold for ridiculous amounts of time without fixing the issue. Long time customer has bonus Gb deleted

Small business has 485gb of paid and bonus earned high speed data—.l all shared amongst devices. Shaw doesn’t like shared plans so at first upgrade of a device, and without notice, we have lost all the bonus Gb earned over the years and been throttled back in high speed. Costing our business hugely. 5 calls and emails later, over two weeks, this has not been solved. Just keep hearing “yes you have

Reliable Mobile Financing with Rogers

For several years, I have financed several mobile devices for myself and my family members with Rogers. All my payments have been made rigorously, always on time, thanks to a direct debit system. I have never had a late payment or any incident to report. However, recently, I was surprised to find that I could no longer access financing for a new device through my online account. After multiple attempts to obtain an explanation, I was finally put in touch with one of the agents on July 10, 2025 at 9:58 a.m. The agent told me that a conflict between my account and that of my partner would be the cause of this blockage. However, no clear reason or valid justification was provided to me, he admitted to me that he did not have the means to resolve the problem, even adding that no one else could go further, as he believed it represented the last possible level of processing. I find this response completely unacceptable. As a loyal customer for over 6 years, having always respected my contractual commitments, I do not understand how a simple administrative or systemic problem – for which I am not responsible – can justif
