If you have any other options, avoid Rogers. Seriously, they're just not worth the headaches. The customer service is an absolute joke, they will overbill you regularly, they will try to lie to you about contracts (seriously - do your homework and read everything), and they will waste a tremendous amount of your time whenever you need to get something done.

I had to transfer from Shaw to Rogers and ever since I have had nothing but issues, they could not get both lines into one account so now I have 2 accounts in my name, phones are doing dropped calls all the time being charged because I refuse to have auto payment NEVER EVER GO TO ROGERS
We have been customers unfortunately for a few years now and have told them several times we willhe finding a new carrier due to never ever ever being caught up with bills (given over $1000 in a month) and apparently we still owe $475 but yet we pay our bills on time and in full what the heck.
I called today and go told everything is good but we owe over $700 still and they want it today or cut me off

Contrary to what I had heard from some other reviews, I have a very positive views about Rogers mobile services during the migration from Shaw o Rogers. I have to especially mention a Rogers Mobile gentleman called Atinet on Oct.2 at about 10:30to 11.00am and a lady staff called Denise(technical) on Oct.5 about 14:30 to 14:45, they both patiently listened to my problems and eventually solved my problems.

I been a Rogers customer for years. They recently cut me off for a balance owing of $125. I had a payment arrangement to pay in a few days. I received confirmation email that was accepted. They cut me off two days later. I called last night and they said they would restore my services if I paid my balance of $125. I went to the bank today and paid my balance. You bought my account from Shaw, you already have my drivers license and credit card. Why did I have to go to the store to avoid a credit check? I’m extremely afraid that Rogers is gathering personal identification for illicit purposes. If they weren’t, why would they ask for information they already have? Information the purchased. As a senior feel i was totally scammed by Rogers. They made me feel I had to change providers but assured me they would honor Shaw's $25. month plan. Never put in Riogers sim card as my son felt I should not change. Received a bill from Rogers $50. hook-up fee, $50. a month plan. After an hour on the phone I was able to cancel my contract but had to pay $68. for services never received. Beware! They are scam-artists.

Cornered the market and does not care any. Random roaming charges from home4 hrs from any border. You order a phone and you never get it. And the customer service could not care less.
They charge twice for the same month, and refuse to reimburse.
