If you have any other options, avoid Rogers. Seriously, they're just not worth the headaches. The customer service is an absolute joke, they will overbill you regularly, they will try to lie to you about contracts (seriously - do your homework and read everything), and they will waste a tremendous amount of your time whenever you need to get something done.

Doesn't matter if you're on Airplane mode, cellular network is turned off and you are connected to the internet, you will get charged overseas. I was told this was not the case by a Rogers representative before I left, who clearly lied, so thanks for the crazy bill for not using the phone. And best part is they tried to get me to sign up for a credit card. Clearly lost their minds. Chip out of th More

By far the most useless customer service I've ever experienced. Over the past 3 days we've spent over 12 hours on the phone with over ten people as well as 5 hours in store. Many of the problems are Still unresolved. Every single "support staff" on the phone gave us different answers or had no idea what they were talking about. They all gave us different pricing for the same thing. While t More

This is the worst company ever!!! They harass you the second your bill is late and send threatening texts saying that they are going to cut off your service and charge you to get it back. Zero regard for a person's mental health. They should try sending a bill if they want to get paid.

I have been a Rogers subscriber for several decades. What disappoints me is the lack of coverage or weak signal in some places and the fairly high costs (although it is not better elsewhere). However, I appreciate the customer service which has been excellent for me so far and I was glad to have access to lots of GB when my Wi-Fi wasn't working.

Rogers bought Shaw and forced us to transfer to Rogers Mobile, then added more features and billed us with these. I have file a CRTC complain. Please go to CRTC to complain so the GOV know what Rogers did to us.

Started new job in Saskatchewan and half of the time I have no signal at all, called Roger’s after being on hold for over half an hour, they refreshed network and hung up it did not fix the problem, not going to call again and waste time for a problem they can’t fix. Never had this problem until being in new area of Saskatchewan. Roger’s is worth billions but can’t seem to figure out their network issues. Definitely switching cell provider.

I had to transfer from Shaw to Rogers and ever since I have had nothing but issues, they could not get both lines into one account so now I have 2 accounts in my name, phones are doing dropped calls all the time being charged because I refuse to have auto payment NEVER EVER GO TO ROGERS

Rogers pushed me out just because, according to them,I was in roaming more then 50% of time,so they wanted to charge me extra..as a truck driver I had no choice but to travel,BUT never outside of Canada. I'm talking about major highways thru Alberta and British Columbia. Wouldn't consider rogers again, even if they offer me free contract.
