Avoid Rogers: Nightmare Service

If you have any other options, avoid Rogers. Seriously, they're just not worth the headaches. The customer service is an absolute joke, they will overbill you regularly, they will try to lie to you about contracts (seriously - do your homework and read everything), and they will waste a tremendous amount of your time whenever you need to get something done.

Rogers Sucks!!!

This is the worst company ever!!! They harass you the second your bill is late and send threatening texts saying that they are going to cut off your service and charge you to get it back. Zero regard for a person's mental health. They should try sending a bill if they want to get paid.

Disadvantages and advantages

I have been a Rogers subscriber for several decades. What disappoints me is the lack of coverage or weak signal in some places and the fairly high costs (although it is not better elsewhere). However, I appreciate the customer service which has been excellent for me so far and I was glad to have access to lots of GB when my Wi-Fi wasn't working.

Rogers and Shaw

Rogers bought Shaw and forced us to transfer to Rogers Mobile, then added more features and billed us with these. I have file a CRTC complain. Please go to CRTC to complain so the GOV know what Rogers did to us.
