For several years, I have financed several mobile devices for myself and my family members with Rogers. All my payments have been made rigorously, always on time, thanks to a direct debit system. I have never had a late payment or any incident to report. However, recently, I was surprised to find that I could no longer access financing for a new device through my online account. After multiple attempts to obtain an explanation, I was finally put in touch with one of the agents on July 10, 2025 at 9:58 a.m. The agent told me that a conflict between my account and that of my partner would be the cause of this blockage. The big downside comes from their bill. Incomprehensible to a human. Lots of discounts that come and go over the months. You have to call to understand anything, especially if there are several services on the same bill like cell phone, internet etc. However, the service is impeccable and fast.
