Wildly inconsistent speeds, I'm not sure what kind for traffic shaping these guys do, but Steam download speeds are all over the place, same goes for speedtests (speedtest.net, speedof.me, testmy.net) are all super inconsistent.
I'm on the 120mbps plan, and my download speeds can vary from 120mbps to 16mbps. You pretty much need a VPN to get the advertised speeds with these guys...

Update: I still cannot get the 100Mb I pay for. I get around 80 which sucks. Also, Do not buy their router. It's expensive they sell it to you at a 30$ premium compared to the regular retail. If you want the router they sell buy it online it's the Archer C20, but honestly, it sucks for an apartment larger than 500 Sqf Also, you have to pay for the modem until you bring it back.
Speed is slower than we pay for but it works. I just moved and they were able to send a technician for an unexpected problem within 2 days on holidays for free. The wait times are great too!
I was with my last ISP for over 7 years. When they increased their prices twice in less than 6 months by 28%, I started looking for the best available reasonably priced ISP. During my internet searches I found many favorable reviews about Transat Telecom. A Technician came to our home, Oct. 16th., configured the cables and installed splitters for my Bell land line and FTTN 15 Mbps high speed internet. Since that time my internet download & upload speeds have been rock solid. I never had speeds this good or consistent with my last ISP.
I have made several calls to Transat Telecom. Each call was handled professionally, efficiently & presently.
I am very happy that I switched to Transat Telecom.
Using the same provider for over 3 years and the quality was always there.

The only issue is their router ports that are blocked
The price are expensive compare to some other and you dont always get the speed price that you pay for .
Real speeds exceed promised speed most of the time. Unbeatable price but no support after 5pm. On the other hand, I haven't had to contact them in all the time that I have subscribed to their service. The price is fixed for life and the subscription can be cancelled at any time.

I have nothing to add to the impeccable customer service, but unfortunately reliability does not deserve more than a star considering the dozens of breakdowns I have every week, esepecially when it rains or snows.
Superb company. I recommend it.
