I was forced to move to WiFi as Roger’s refused to connect one of my digital hard wire boxes saying it was outdated and not supported. Signed up for a 2 year deal with a reduced price. When I asked whether it was a contract when ordering it by phone, they said no, it was just a 2 year price reduction. Somehow I call thru whatsup and they magically connect me thru mobile service and billing me. And charges some charges that they can’t explain!

I signed up to try Rogers. Price was good on a bring your device plan. About a month later i saw that they had certified used phones so decided to add to my plan.Not so fast, they could not honour the same plan that i just signed up for...it would go up $10 a month plus of course cost of the new phone. What a binch of misleading crooks. Going back to my old carrier. You should stay away as well.

On-boarding with Rogers internet a year ago was smooth after a quick installation of the hardware. Customer service is always consistent and helpful with friendly interactions. The speed itself is super fast and I don’t feel any lagging or slowness.

I would like to launch a petition worldwide, with the support of the international press, to deny that Rogers has a place in the market. I had a terrible experience with Rogers; I transferred my number to take advantage of their plans and ended up receiving unjustified bills and no refunds, despite my disputes. There's no response, no customer service whatsoever.

The worst scam network is called Rogers. Never sign up for their plans; if you do, they'll raise the prices and bill you exorbitantly without justification or refund.
