I wanted to use this service because of the price and the ability to travel. They advertise that Wi-Fi calling is available with their service, which is false. I had some difficulty with my phone to access internet when not at home to make phone call. I contact fonus online and they thoroughly instructed me step by step to get it back working again. They are very polite and patient with me . Only problem is I had to wait a bit long before I get the next answer. Overall I am happy and continue to have their service .
