The iPhone 12 Pro Max is the ultimate Apple smartphone. It’s big, robust and… expensive. It has all the feature of the iPhone 12 Pro, but with a largely improved camera system. Because of its 6.7” size, Apple was able to use a larger camera in the iPhone 12 Pro Max. The iPhone 12 Pro Max has a triple camera system, with an upgraded sensor, better optical image stabilization and a new 65mm telephoto lens that gives 2.5x zoom instead of 2x.

  • Big, amazing screen: The iPhone 12 Pro Max is the biggest iPhone Apple has ever done. At 6.7", the OLED screen is very big and very bright. It's the perfect phone to watch movies or play games.
  • The "best" iPhone: With all the features included in the iPhone 12 Pro Max, it's currently the most advanced Apple smartphone available.
  • Not too heavy: Even if the iPhone 12 Pro Max is big, it only weighs 226 grams making light enough to carry around and use for long periods of time.

Cons

  • Too big for some users: The drawback of having a large phone is that it's much harder to use one-handed. In the case of the iPhone 12 Pro Max, the 6.7" screen is so big, it can become problematic to use one-handed or fit inside pockets
  • Expensive: The iPhone 12 Pro Max is packed with features, but it's also Apple's most expensive smartphone.
  • 60 Hz screen: While some other flagship Android devices have 120 Hz screens, the iPhone 12 Pro Max also has a 60 Hz screen (like the other iPhone 12 models). For such a premium device, it's a bit of a letdown.
  • No multitasking: Despite the screen size, there is no way to split the screen to use multiple apps at the same time like some Android phones can.
