Signed up for them because I their website advertises Rogers as their provider, and Rogers is the only provider with service in the remote location I travelled to. Upon activating the esim, I realized that the provider was actually Telus, and did not work where I was. I contacted PhoneBox to request a transfer to Rogers or a refund, but was denied on both accounts. This company is horrible, and I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere for a service provider.

End up just coming up on these guys a couple days ago here did a lot of research upon them heard a lot about them, but never really looked into it as I was a Laywer customer for many years with Telus and then heard that they offered better rates and better plans than what Telus would offer as Telus offered $65 for 50 gigs, unlimited nationwide calling and the agent that I talked to stated that they had a plan that was unlimited kind of calling 1000 minutes for international unlimited international and 50 gigs for $34. I was hesitant at first but Thought I’d try it out and it’s Telus exactly the same service that I get with my regular Telus Sim card have 5G 5G plus same coverage. Just tell us definitely highly recommend these guys they go along way for what they do there just a small corporation doing big things and very Looked as nobody hears or knows about them, but I would definitely recommend them

I tried to prepay for service from this company paid them in full upfront. That same day when I was having issues with the service I contacted their customer support team was told flat out that I didn't have a account with them but I have a credit card receipt for the purchase. Clearly this company is a scam happily take your money then claim that they have no record of payment. Be very careful with this company I personally DO NOT TRUST THEM AT ALL. Scam artists nothing more nothing less.
