Beware, it's a scam! Loblaws is offering cell phone plans at unbeatable prices under a no-name brand. First problem: they advertise plans starting at $15 on their website, but... there are no $15 plans when you sign up. They start at $20. Still, $20 for 2 GB if you sign up for automatic payments... Second scam: they take advantage of this to charge your card at will. They didn't charge me $20, but almost $70! Furious, I called the company and threatened to file a complaint with the consumer protection office. They assured me they would reimburse me. I still haven't seen that money. I signed up for a plan with automatic top up every month. Sounds simple, right? Not to PC Mobile. After a month, while on vacation, they turned off my phone and put my account on hold as there was no money in the account. So when I got back, I go and setup automatic top up again and still nothing works. Then they tell me on the phone I have to do manual top up to restart the account. This Mickey Mouse company is a joke.
