I've used Phonebox twice for temporary stays in Canada and both times it has worked well with no issues. Both times I ordered a SIM card from a large online retailer with an amount of data already included.I can confirm they now issue Telus SIM cards (previously in 2023 I was issued a Rogers SIM.) Coverage in my area is good (and similar to Bell) but not quite as good as Rogers. I have an iPhone X

What can I say the title says it all. As a once apon a time customer who had the misfortune of trying out this company in an attempt to regain control of my services after being targeted by hackers well #1 it ate up data like no other plan the thing had such crap speeds at ridiculous prices I once sat on hold for a hour waiting only to be hung up on. #2 once trying to activate the phone cards the cards instructions became a nightmare of navigating a old system. #3 The numbers that were too select from were crap. #4 expensive as shit #6 when I say that the whole experience was bad it was as if the hackers that had targeted my previous plan had

They shifted from their long standing 365d expiry, no plan required pay as you go model to suddenly requiring everyone to get new sim card without timely communications. Didn't even have a basic, low cost plan that people could get to soften the blow of suddenly needing a plan.As much as that was an incredibly unfriendly move to do to their customer base, that isn't the worst. Now here we are in Ma

Speakout has stolen the balance of my money in my account and it is impossible to get hold of anyone. Over 300 calls (redials) and all you get is a busy signal. Have tried their online contact form and no response so far.DO NOT USE THIS PROVIDER!

I've been calling the support line for a week now, and all I get is "high call vlumes, call back." Not even an option to wait. The reason I'm calling is the the website has been broken over the same period of time. The customer service is non existant. Hanging up on clients is rude. Now I need to go to the trouble of finding another carrier because my phone is out of commission. Thanks for nothing.
