TCL 20 Pro 5G: Full Specifications

The TCL 20 Pro 5G is positioned as a premium-leaning midrange smartphone that focuses on display quality, design, and everyday versatility. Its slim bar-phone body uses glass on the front and back, measures 164.2 x 73 x 8.8 mm, and weighs 190 g, giving it a polished feel without becoming overly heavy. The 6.67-inch curved AMOLED screen runs at 1080 x 2400 and around 395 ppi, with HDR10 support and TCL’s NXTVISION tuning for richer color and contrast. Power comes from the Snapdragon 750G 5G platform with 6GB of RAM and 256GB of internal storage, plus microSD expansion, which keeps storage and working memory clearly separate. The rear camera system is built around a 48MP main sensor with OIS and a 16MP ultrawide, while the remaining auxiliary cameras vary by market; the front camera is 32MP. Video recording reaches 4K at 30fps. A 4500mAh battery, 18W wired charging, and 15W wireless charging add flexibility that is still uncommon in this class. Other notable features include NFC, Bluetooth 5.1, a 3.5mm headphone jack, USB-C, 5G support, Nano-SIM support, and optional VoWiFi/Wi-Fi calling depending on carrier and region.
