Contest Rules for the PlanHub Awards

1. Contest Overview
Take part in the PlanHub.ca Awards for a chance to win a $600 credit (equivalent to one year of free Internet service) and one international eSIM card!
A total of 11 winners will be selected: one Internet prize winner and ten eSIM winners (one eSIM per person).

2. Contest Dates
The contest runs from November 18, 2025 to January 28, 2026.

3. Eligibility
To enter, you must:

  • Be a Canadian resident (with legal status in Canada).
  • Be 18 years of age or older.
    Present a valid ID if selected as a winner.
  • Use a valid email address to receive notifications.
  • Leave a review on your preferred provider’s page, completing all required fields.
  • Only one entry per person will be accepted. Incomplete, fraudulent, or duplicate entries will be disqualified.

 

4. Winner Selection
Winners will be randomly drawn from all valid entries at the end of the contest period.
The draw will take place on January 29, 2025, and results will be announced on our website and social media pages.

5. Winner Notification
PlanHub will contact winners by email.
Winners will have 15 days to respond and claim their prize.
If a winner does not respond within this timeframe, a new winner will be randomly selected.

6. Publication of Names
By entering, winners agree that only their first name may be published when results are announced, without revealing their last name.

7. Prize Details
Winners will be required to provide a valid photo ID to confirm their identity before receiving their prize.

8. Non-Transferability
Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or any other equivalent.

9. Limitation of Liability
PlanHub will not be held responsible for:

  • Technical issues affecting participation or email delivery;
  • Lost, incorrect, or incomplete data submissions;
  • Any incident or issue occurring during the use of the awarded prizes.


10. Acceptance and Compliance

By participating, entrants agree to comply with all contest rules.
This contest is subject to all applicable laws and regulations in Canada.
