Failure to accept incompetence

3 months ago we paid our bill in full. They then processed a payment which went back nsf. We called them, and were told the payment went through and that be cause there was a dou le payment they were going to issue a refund. Nothing I cant do about it

I am beyond frustrated with Bell Mobility right now. I upgraded my plan from 100GB to 200GB on September 9th because I had already used up my data. Bell shows on my account that the change is “effective immediately,” but here I am 6 days later and NOTHING has changed.I’ve called them every single day since and all they do is put me on hold for ridiculous amounts of time without fixing the issue. HORRIBLE COMPANY TO BE WITH

This company has no customer service there is noone to speak to when they screw up your plan so far in 2 days i have had 25 emails all saying the same crap (we understand your frustration) but yet nothing has been done and now im told could be 5 more days till they figure out what went wrong this was after i went to the bank to prove payment was made as they requested upon proof it is still going

No hotspot and terrible internet

Chatr doesn't support hotspot. You might get it working but I can't on my iPhone. I called support and they said they don't support it. The coverage is also terrible. I was on Fido before which is also Rogers. I never had the low bar problem and slow internet there like I do here. Literally go with anyone else.

Hello operator? Hello? Nobody home?

Absolutely no way to speak to a human and the web site is just a big loop that dose nothing. My mother’s phone was stolen and we can’t even get the phone shutdown and locked! Horribly frustrating! Horrible customer service! Buy a phone else where and sav yourself the later frustration.
