No loyalty support being a loyal customer for more than yeats no support on pricing or customer care just try to convince customer on their own terms.

Completely lousy customer service! People don't understand anything, we have to keep repeating the same information, they're arrogant. They give us advice without really knowing what they're talking about. They don't listen to the customer. It's horrible! RUN AWAY FROM BELL

After opting for another residential internet package from Bell in order to reduce my bill, I lived almost 10 days without an internet connection. Their customer service is far from reality. No mastery of their tasks, just promises without concrete results. After the connection is reestablished, it lasted just a week. With all that, they scheduled a technician in 4 days. The service is really bad.

Everything is fine, I have never had a problem with customer service and I always make all my changes online.
