BlackBerry Z10: Full Specifications

BlackBerry took a different path with the Z10, building it as a fully touch-based handset around BlackBerry 10 rather than its traditional physical keyboard. The result is a compact bar phone with a 4.2-inch IPS LCD display at 1280 x 768 and 356 ppi, giving the screen a crisp look in a body that remains easy to handle at 130 x 65.6 x 9 mm. BlackBerry 10 centres the experience on gestures, the BlackBerry Hub and Active Frames for quick multitasking, which gives the phone a distinct feel compared with other smartphones of its era. Inside, the Z10 pairs a dual-core 1.5 GHz processor with 2 GB of RAM and 16 GB of internal storage, plus microSD expansion through the removable back. Its 8 MP rear camera includes autofocus, LED flash and 1080p video recording, while the 2 MP front camera records 720p video. Other notable hardware touches include a removable 1800 mAh battery, micro-SIM support, LTE or HSPA+ depending on version, dual-band Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 4.0, NFC, GPS, microUSB and a microHDMI output, rounding out a well-equipped handset for its class.
