Samsung positions the Galaxy A11 as an entry level Galaxy phone built around a large screen and straightforward everyday features. Its 6.4 inch HD+ Infinity O display uses a TFT panel and keeps the front looking modern with a small hole punch camera, while the plastic body stays fairly light at 177 g and measures 161.4 x 76.3 x 8.0 mm. In Samsung’s unlocked configuration, it runs on an octa core Qualcomm Snapdragon 450 processor with 32 GB of storage and microSD expansion up to 512 GB, making it better suited to basic communication, streaming, light apps and casual photography than to demanding multitasking. The rear camera system combines a 13 MP main camera with a 5 MP ultra wide and a 2 MP depth sensor, and the front camera is 8 MP. Video recording reaches full HD, and practical extras include a rear fingerprint sensor, USB C, a 3.5 mm headphone jack, dual band Wi Fi ac and Bluetooth 4.2. A 4,000 mAh battery with fast charging rounds out a device that focuses on core smartphone essentials without straying from Samsung’s familiar Galaxy experience.
