Built around everyday practicality, the Samsung Galaxy A12 uses a large 6.5-inch HD+ Infinity-V display and a textured body with rounded sides that make this bigger handset easier to hold than its size suggests. Its octa-core platform is paired with memory and storage configurations that can go up to 6 GB of RAM and 128 GB of internal storage, with microSD expansion up to 1 TB for photos, downloads and offline media. The rear camera system combines a 48 MP main camera with 5 MP ultra wide, 2 MP macro and 2 MP depth sensors, while the 8 MP front camera handles selfies and video calls. Video capture reaches 1080p, and the side-mounted fingerprint sensor keeps unlocking quick and simple. The Galaxy A12 also covers the basics well with dual SIM support on supported versions, USB-C, a 3.5 mm headphone jack, Bluetooth 5.0 and satellite positioning support including GPS, GLONASS, BeiDou and Galileo. A 5,000 mAh battery is one of its strongest features, and Samsung pairs it with up to 15 W fast charging for a phone designed to keep going through a long day.
