LG G5: Full Specifications

The G5 is a small, compact device with decent specs. It can run videos and games fine, and takes decent pictures. In today's market, it's a device that does everything adequately, but nothing exceptionally.

Pros

  • Camera: Despite other devices offering stronger cameras with greater specs, the wide angles on the G5's camera were pretty ahead of its time, and makes for great picture potential.
  • Size: The G5 is a great sized phone. The screen is long and slim, but not too slim that your fingers feel cramped while texting.

Cons

  • Design: The G5 has an awkward block along the bottom with the LG logo stamped on it. While this makes it easy to open up the device and take the battery out, it makes the overall feel of the phone quite awkward and unnatural.
  • Headphone jack placement: The G5's headphone jack is at the top right of the phone, which causes wires to drift in front of the screen while texting. Alternatively, it makes it awkward to put in your pocket when headphones are in.
