I answered 3 stars to some questions because they did not apply to my plan. For example, I do not have a contract (I do not want one) and do not use the application. I do business with PC Mobile by phone, in excellent French..., and their service is impeccable. Their prices are also reasonable, hence the 5 stars for all the other questions/services: availability, reception, courtesy, helpers, price, etc.

Got a relatively good cheap 4GB data plan with unlimited talk+SMS but I don't think it's available anymore and was a special?

STAY AWAY FROM THEM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!I’ve never reached 20 GB in the two years I used another company. When I reached 20 GB, I loaded $55, and it lasted only ONE DAY (barely using, I have wifi at home)Complete rip-off. They will take your money.

So much cheaper! You can't beat the prices. They use the same network as Telus, so you don't have to worry about coverage. I've never had an issue. The point system is great. You gradually acquire points which can be redeemed for money off your bill. You pay per month and are not locked into a contract, so you can switch any time. Some people won't like that they don't have proper customer More

These people took over my server account Odynet. They switched me over to their account charged me double than what I was paying and lost all my previous emails and told me it was was not their problem. Now I have no email and when I asked why I was told they are working on it. I called later that day and was told to call back tomorrow. This is unsatisfactory and i will not be renewing my account with them!!!!!!!

Switched to Public Mobile in December 2024 and have been really happy so far. Great value, reliable service, and 5G speeds—unlike other budget carriers like Chatr or Lucky Mobile. It runs on the Telus network, so coverage has been strong. I also love that their plans include data that works in Canada, the U.S., and Mexico, so I don’t have to pay extra when I travel. Highly recommend if you More

Good mobile network provider. Much cheaper than the competition. No network issues so far. Use promo code 0ENLPY to get $10 off. The only downside is that communication with the provider is only via chat.
