The old one was bad but the new one through Telus is absolutely horrible. I don't want to use a chatbot service to pay my bill. There seems to be no other option.

I switched my number from Fizz to public mobile just for testing purpose and have decided to stay with publicmobile because the quality of signal is better. In downtown Montreal I have 5G+ and 5G other regions (in the worst case I had lte). The transfer process took 10 mins due to I choose eSim. The only unpleasant impression is the speed of the mobile application (in my case, I rarely open it so it’s not so critical), the rest works fine.

Public Mobile has lost my trust! After finally earning the maximum loyalty reward I could (5 years) they've pulled the rug out and put me at the same level as someone who just signed up and are taking back everything I had earned starting in May.
