So much cheaper! You can't beat the prices. They use the same network as Telus, so you don't have to worry about coverage. I've never had an issue. The point system is great. You gradually acquire points which can be redeemed for money off your bill. You pay per month and are not locked into a contract, so you can switch any time. Some people won't like that they don't have proper customer service

These people took over my server account Odynet. They switched me over to their account charged me double than what I was paying and lost all my previous emails and told me it was was not their problem. Now I have no email and when I asked why I was told they are working on it. I called later that day and was told to call back tomorrow. This is unsatisfactory and i will not be renewing my account with them!!!!!!!

I was with Public Mobile for three years and then I've had two major issues of data disappearing overnight in the last three months. I don't use much data, only about 1-2Gb per month. The first time in Oct 2025, it said I used 2Gb in one day, which I know wasn't right. I tried to argue it with them (over their stupid customer service chat, because there is no other way to contact them) and I lost.
