Xiaomi 17 Ultra: Full Specifications

The Xiaomi 17 Ultra runs on a Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 chipset (3nm) paired with an Adreno 840 GPU and up to 16GB of LPDDR5X RAM. Its 6.9-inch flat LTPO AMOLED display uses a 1200 x 2608 resolution with an adaptive 1-120Hz refresh rate and reaches up to 3,500 nits peak brightness, with Dolby Vision and HDR10+ support. On the camera side, a 1-inch main sensor co-developed with Leica is joined by a 200MP periscope telephoto with continuous optical zoom and a 50MP ultrawide with 5cm macro focus, plus a 50MP front camera. The 6,800 mAh battery supports 90W wired and 50W wireless charging. The phone carries an IP68/IP69 rating against dust and water, and a Leica Edition variant with a mechanical zoom ring is also available.
