Samsung

Galaxy Z Flip3 5g: Full Specifications

Samsung’s Galaxy Z Flip3 5g stands out for its compact foldable design, closing down to a small square while opening into a full 6.7-inch main screen with a 1080 x 2640 resolution. The outer 1.9-inch cover display adds everyday convenience by showing notifications and quick information without unfolding the phone, and the hinge also supports Flex Mode for hands-free calls, photos, and video. Built with an Armor Aluminum frame and rated IPX8 for water resistance, it brings a more durable feel to a form factor that is still unusual in the smartphone market. Inside, Samsung pairs the phone with a Qualcomm Snapdragon 888 processor, 8 GB of RAM, and 128 GB or 256 GB of storage, giving it strong performance for daily apps, multitasking, and 5G connectivity. The dual rear camera system combines 12 MP wide and 12 MP ultra-wide cameras, while the front camera is 10 MP, and video recording reaches 4K at up to 60 fps. A 3,300 mAh dual battery supports 15 W wired charging, 10 W wireless charging, and Wireless PowerShare. It also includes Wi-Fi 6, Bluetooth 5.2, stereo speakers, a side-mounted fingerprint reader, and support for nano-SIM plus eSIM depending on carrier.

Pros

  • External display: The phone's external display allows users to read their messages without having to flip open their phone. In addition, users can take photos, set alarms and more all through the external display.
  • 5G: With its 5G functionality, this phone can connect to the incredibly fast speeds of the newest mobile network generation. A phone that flips open and can wield 5G technology is very impressive to us.

Cons

  • Bulkiness: When folded closed, the Flip 3 5G is quite dense and thick, which may feel uncomfortable in your pocket.
  • Battery life: The 3300 mAh battery won't last nearly as long as Samsung's other modern devices.
