Kyocera Hydro REACH: Full Specifications

Kyocera designed the Hydro REACH as an affordable smartphone that stands out more for resilience and ease of use than for raw power. Its 5 inch IPS display has a 960 x 540 resolution and uses an acrylic lens, while the body keeps a slim profile at 9.9 mm and a light 141 g weight. A textured back and rounded sides give it a straightforward, comfortable shape, and the phone’s IP57 water resistance is backed up by wet touch support so the screen can still be used in damp conditions. Inside, it runs Android 5.1 on a Qualcomm Snapdragon 210 quad core processor with 1 GB of RAM and 8 GB of internal storage, plus a microSD card slot for up to 64 GB more space. The camera setup is basic but functional, with a 5 MP rear camera that records 720p video and a 2 MP front camera for selfies or video calls. The 2160 mAh battery is non removable, and connectivity includes LTE, Wi Fi b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.1, GPS, micro USB, a 3.5 mm headphone jack, and single SIM support.
