Samsung built the Galaxy S20 Ultra as the largest and most feature-packed model in the S20 family, with a substantial body measuring 166.9 x 76.0 x 8.8 mm and a 6.9-inch Dynamic AMOLED 2X display at 3200 x 1440. The panel supports HDR10+ and a 120 Hz refresh rate, giving the phone a distinctly premium feel for media, gaming, and everyday navigation. In Samsung’s North American material, the device pairs 5G support with a Snapdragon 865 processor, and it was sold in configurations with 12 GB of RAM and 128 GB of storage or 16 GB and 512 GB, plus microSD expansion up to 1 TB. Its camera system remains one of the defining parts of the phone, combining a 108 MP wide camera, 48 MP periscope telephoto, 12 MP ultra wide, and DepthVision sensor, along with a 40 MP front camera. It records up to 8K video at 24 fps, supports slow motion, and includes optical image stabilization on the main rear system. Samsung also equipped it with a 5000 mAh battery, 25 W charging in the box with support for 45 W Super Fast Charging, wireless charging, Wireless PowerShare, Wi-Fi 6, Bluetooth 5.0, NFC, IP68 protection, and an ultrasonic fingerprint reader.
