The worst customer service I have ever experienced in 50 years! Looks like a one man show! Long waits on hold to get through and staff somewhat clueless. Service always going down and can never get through for support. I am not the only dissatisfied customer in my community. Others constantly complain and are cancelling because found another provider. Do not get involved with Skychoice. You will regret it for sure!!!!!!
