Due to bad coverage , i switched from freedommobile to another carrier. Freedommobile sent last bill to collection agency . They billed my credit card on 11th of December and sent the alleged collection request on the 14th! freedommobile have history doing this to clients they leave them even a bug in their billing system with last bill or the do it on purpose for clients leaving them.

Phone cannot receive or send text msgs.. I was told I have to wait 5 business days for the issue to be resolved. No compensation or loaner phone will be provided but they can offer me $10 off additional services.... I can send international call and msgs with the plan add on... How can I or why would I want to make international text msgs and calls when I can barely make local calls and cant make any text msgs.

Since becoming Freedom Mobile (from Wind) all around service quality has been on the decline. My husband's bill will creep up in price for no reason or warning. Even though we both already pay for roaming coverage we are constantly having to call to get our bills corrected. Have been with them over a decade but am starting to look elsewhere

The customer service is not audible and they can provide appropriate infos.. No help when you want to make some change in your plan. The coverage is good only in some city in Ontario.

HORRIBLE SERVICE! Does not give bills for prepaid accounts. Billing history showed I was billed 45.00 for 6 months but plan says 55.00/month and bank statement showed billing 50.85 / month - they can't get the number straight (which is why they need bills for ALL accounts) Also they set up your auto pay so your service is disconnected every single month. They claimed I owed them $0.10 but I have over 1K available credit on that card... The service would cut out in certain areas while travelling mobile and my maps would stop working because of it. They can't seem to run a proper mobile service, their customer service is crap, and they ask you to verbally tell them your pin number over the phone so the entire world can hear it. GARBAGE! Stay away!

I don't think Freedom (now owned by Shaw) offers the $15 or $25/mo accounts any more. I have a $15 account, & Freedom is trying to force me to upgrade, CS is unhelpful. I was an early Wind customer, & they have been pretty good all this time.
