My husband died. The invoice is in his name and I am unable to change the name on the invoice. However, the amount is automatically withdrawn from my account every month. what to do?

Extremely unreliable

I’ve had bell internet at this address for 2 years. The first year was fantastic (no outages, consistent speed) and then the modem needed replacing after perhaps a year of service. Since then I have had 3-4 more modems that only seem to last 1-2 months at a time and then they completely stop working (no internet at all) and need replacing. My internet seems to be down 20% of the time. Called Bell More

Disgusted with Bell - 22 year customer of Bell

From 2002 to 2012, I had 2 cell phone plans, a land line, Internet, Satellite TV plans from Bell. My ombined plan was almost $700 per month. Lost Whole Home Coverage: Legacy Equipment vs. New Technology

Legacy equipment covered the whole house, newer technology does not. Bell wouldn't provide the pods to give me back whole home coverage.
