The problem with Ebox is that when you need support, the people who answer you lack knowledge or training. Otherwise, if you know how to manage very well on your own, it's a very good choice. Otherwise, it's unfortunately a pain

At first, good service, no surprises, prices. Really satisfied. A year later, the company is unable to resolve the problem and is asking me to remove devices. Yet it's been months since I added anything new and everything breaks down several times a day. So I leave and the refund is still not paid. It's been more than 7 weeks of waiting. Yet I'm told that the check is incessant. Really disappointed because it started so well.
