Connectivity and customer service is trash
Not only do we continuously have issues at least once a month with drop of service, trying to contact them about an outage or support problem is never reachable in a timely manner. You rarely ever get through, usually sent to a voicemail. Which takes days to return the call. Same with email support. I would never recommend this company.
