KOODO has provided the worst service experience I’ve had in Canada. They lie in every sentence… They promised to install the internet within a week, but dragged it out for a month — and I still don’t have a connection. I genuinely feel like suing them for the wasted time and their blatantly careless attitude toward their customers. I will never, ever deal with these people again.

I’ve been struggling with Koodo Mobile for the past 15 days. I can’t make any calls, and their customer service has been extremely unhelpful. They repeatedly ask the same questions without resolving the issue. I’ve spent over 4 hours trying to fix this problem, but nothing has improved. I strongly advise against purchasing a Koodo SIM card; it’s a complete waste of money.

Equipment late being shipped even though paid. I have 3 pairs of equipment now. 1st lasted 2 months. 2nd 2 weeks. Currently on 3rd an hasn't konked out yet but not even a month. Before I got it I read reviews and they were mixed. I’m happy I gave it a try. I’ve had it now for six months, and I’ve no complaints. I use VPN, watch movies/TV, take videos, and mundane things like email. I’ve got the $35 subscription and it’s great.

Signed up for new internet, got the equipment shipped but they say there's no way to activate it sooner than the random activation date they gave me. Which was almost 10 days later after the equipment was shipped. And there's no way for them to override that, that's so stupid. Further, there's no way to contact customer service directly without going through annoying self serve menu.
