You can’t speak directly to Customer Service at Koodo, you have to arrange a phone call. Their app is very frustrating for dealing with charges. The charges are not explained and although it is not the customer service reps fault, the supervisors do not address concerns in a cooperative manner.
After many years as a customer, I’m done.

Signing up, even install is a breeze.. But if you want to contact Koodo for assistance for repair…forget it. Don’t bother. Choose another carrier. My modem overheated and did not turn on after 3 months. I called Koodo support. Digital chat is bogus Numerous calls 2 hrs on hold .. received an appointment, but no one called or showed up to house. Although I was a Koodo customer for years service has been getting worse in the last couple of years. I try to get help which isn't easy but lately I've been have calls drop, crossed into the us and lost my network which never used to happen and data nearly non existent. Very poor only to find out instead of getting the 4g that was supposed to be they set me up with 3g at 4 g speed. NOT THE SAME! More
