Galaxy A03: Full Specifications

Samsung built the Galaxy A03 around a large 6.5 inch HD+ Infinity V display, giving it a roomy front for everyday browsing, messaging, streaming, and social apps. Its design keeps things simple, with a slim touch bar form, rounded sides, a textured patterned back, and matte finish options in black, blue, or red. Inside, the phone uses an octa core processor and comes in configurations with 3 GB or 4 GB of RAM and 32 GB, 64 GB, or 128 GB of storage depending on the version, with microSD expansion available for extra room. The rear camera system pairs a 48 MP main camera with a 2 MP depth sensor for portraits, while the 5 MP front camera handles selfies and video calls. Video recording goes up to Full HD at 30 fps. A 5,000 mAh battery gives the device one of its most practical strengths for day to day use, and wired Dolby Atmos support adds a fuller sound experience through compatible headphones. The Galaxy A03 also supports 4G LTE, Wi Fi, Bluetooth, GPS, a 3.5 mm headphone jack, and a Micro USB port, and it measures 164.2 x 75.9 x 9.1 mm with a weight of 196 g.

Pros

  • Battery life: The A03's 5,000 mAh battery is highly impressive for a device at this price point.
  • Headphone jack: It's always refreshing to see a newly released phone with a headphone jack.

Cons

  • No 5G: Despite being a relatively new phone from Samsung, it lacks 5G compatibility.
  • Video Recording: Although the A03's camera is capable of taking great photos, the 1080p videos often appear blurry and unclear.
