Chatr doesn't support hotspot. You might get it working but I can't on my iPhone. I called support and they said they don't support it. The coverage is also terrible. I was on Fido before which is also Rogers. I never had the low bar problem and slow internet there like I do here. Literally go with anyone else.

Customer service doesn't exist. No humans, only a robot that sends you useless links. It's impossible to find out your account number. When you have a problem, you have to go to a store. You call Rogers, the company that owns Chatr, and no help is available. You're on your own. You'll have to file a complaint with the CRTC.

The fact the you won't let people call a customer service number in. Order to speak with a real person and force th m to waste time talking to a useless robot is disgusting.The fact that all Canadian carriers offer absurdly expensive prices for their plans is even more disgusting.
