I took a package on their website where it says Package Discount -$5.00/month. From my first bill this discount was gone. I called, spent 50 minutes with them, sent messages by email and on their website, they ignore me. Even if their website still offers this discount, they act as if it doesn't exist. Their after-sales service is really deficient; it depends on who you get.

Despite the many negative reviews I've read, I'm very happy with my experience with Lucky Mobile. I've been a customer for two months now, and I find their service to be excellent. Topping up with a card is extremely fast and convenient. My only complaint is that they send a lot of text messages, but having never used any other provider, I'm not sure if this is a common practice.
