When it comes to customer service, I have yet to find a worst company (along with Rogers).Haven't not yet received my regular monthly billing, I figured I'd check it with the app. "account suspended"Wait! What? Obviously my account is not suspended as I'm still using all my phones and all their features. After a lot of digging (a couple of hours, including reaching out to the venue I purchased the phone from at Costco), it turns out that it's only the account (as in accessing it) that is suspended. Furthermore, the suspension is seemingly because of fraudulent activities on my account. Their virtual assistant is the most useless thing online. Reaching out to a physical person is an exercise in futility, for any department. Setting up a callback from a "specialist" is not a viable option in my specific case (trucker, odd hours, constantly on no service areas).If you value any level of customer service, refrain from using Fido/Rogers.If you like throwing your phone against the walls, swearing at the top of your lungs, pulling your hair out, etc, then use them. They will lose me as soon as my contract expires (might even do it earlier and just pay whatever penalty).By the way, I'm not giving it one star, I just can't go lower for the review.

New call system. You have to make an appointment to speak to an agent, I find that ridiculous. But still, I made the appointment to discuss the $5 increase in my plan. I've been with Fido for 17 years. The agent told me I'm transferring you to the credit department. An agent who I think just woke up who is talking says I want to transfer you to another department, then when he put me on the line, he went back to the menu to make another appointment for another day!! I spent 40 minutes on the phone for nothing explaining the situation.

I have been a Fido customer for 10 years. Comparing my current bill, given the $4/month rate increase, I looked at the exclusive offers with more data, which ultimately cost more. A new customer is offered plans for $20 less, for a reasonable amount of data (20GB per month), or $29/month. There is no way to get this preferential rate from either the agent or her supervisor. I am offered a $50 credit when I should have been able to save $240 with the plan if I were a new customer. Totally disappointed, dissatisfied, and no reasonable arrangement has been offered to keep me as a customer. Do not encourage this company, you will have your pockets emptied if you remain a loyal customer with them!

I have same mobile provider for many years... but I saw advertisement about NoName Mobile and decided to buy one month $19 plan of the service included 1GB of data and sim card to give them a try.... I didn't cancel my recent provider. When I went to register to the website to activate my sim card for some reason it took me to the PC mobile and give me $20 price for one month... I got confused, why they asking me $20 when on the website it shows $19... but I could not understand why so and continue to register.... after the sim card has been activated I had some issues to make a phone calls with it, and keep using my current provider's services... When I got a time I desired to finally to make the new sim card to work... I managed to setup everything the phone calls and messages start working, I was trying to go to the Internet and it shows that I am offline... I decided to call to customer service and they said that I don't have a data on the plan.... What???? The guy said that I chose PC mobile when went to register my sim card! Hold on minute, I didn't choose it, it took me to the web page with PC mobile and I had no choice.... honestly, I didn't pay attention, because I thought it the SAME company, and the customer service guy said that is the same company, BUT it two different plans where the PC mobile has $20 plan with no data in it, NoName mobile has $19 plan with 1GB data in it! I sad to him please, change it to NoName mobile then.... he says he can do it but I have to pay $16 additional to switch it.... It is ridiculous! This is total scam,,, I will keep my recent provider., just forget about this scam.... People, be aware about it!!!
