Several changes are in store for the next Z Fold 5, starting with the design. Performance is led by the Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 for Galaxy with 12 GB of RAM, and storage ranges from 256 GB to 1 TB depending on version. The rear camera system combines a 50 MP main camera with 12 MP ultrawide and 10 MP telephoto lenses, supported by 3x optical zoom and up to 8K video recording, while the device also includes a 10 MP cover selfie camera and a 4 MP under-display camera inside. A 4,400 mAh dual battery supports 25 W wired charging, wireless charging and reverse wireless charging. 5G, Wi-Fi 6E, Bluetooth 5.3, USB-C, UWB and SIM plus eSIM support round out a highly connected book-style foldable that weighs 253 g.
