Galaxy S9: Full Specifications

With the Galaxy S9, Samsung packaged many of its flagship features into a phone that remains slim, manageable and distinctly premium. The curved 5.8-inch Super AMOLED display reaches 2960 x 1440 resolution and supports HDR10, giving the device a sharp, vivid presentation for streaming, photos and general navigation. The body combines Gorilla Glass 5 on the front and back with an aluminum frame, and it is rated IP68 for dust and water resistance. Performance varies by market version, using either Samsung’s Exynos 9810 or Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 845, paired with 4 GB of RAM and storage options from 64 GB up to 256 GB, plus microSD expansion on supported models. One of its signature features is the 12 MP rear camera with dual aperture at f/1.5 and f/2.4, optical image stabilization and 4K video at up to 60 fps, along with Super Slow-mo recording. An 8 MP autofocus front camera handles selfies and video calls. The Galaxy S9 also includes stereo speakers tuned by AKG, Dolby Atmos support, a 3.5 mm headphone jack, NFC, Bluetooth 5.0, USB-C and a 3000 mAh battery with fast wired and wireless charging. Depending on the version, it supports single Nano-SIM or a hybrid dual-SIM setup.
