They shifted from their long standing 365d expiry, no plan required pay as you go model to suddenly requiring everyone to get new sim card without timely communications. I've been calling the support line for a week now, and all I get is "high call vlumes, call back." Not even an option to wait. The reason I'm calling is the the website has been broken over the same period of time. The customer service is non existant. Hanging up on clients is rude. Now I need to go to the trouble of finding another carrier because my phone is out of commission. Thanks for nothing.

I had some difficulty with my phone to access internet when not at home to make phone call. I contact fonus online and they thoroughly instructed me step by step to get it back working again. They are very polite and patient with me . Only problem is I had to wait a bit long before I get the next answer. Overall I am happy and continue to have their service .
