The Huawei P20 is a compact high-end phone from Huawei’s P series, built around a slim glass-and-metal body that still feels notably refined. It measures 149.1 x 70.8 x 7.7 mm and weighs 165 g, giving it a manageable format beside larger flagship models from the same generation. Its 5.8-inch LTPS IPS LCD display uses a 2240 x 1080 resolution in an 18.7:9 format, delivering a sharp image while keeping the handset relatively narrow in the hand. Inside, the Kirin 970 processor is paired with 4 GB of RAM and 128 GB of internal storage, with no microSD expansion, which places the focus on solid everyday performance and ample built-in space. Photography remains a major part of the device’s identity, with a Leica-branded dual rear camera system combining a 12 MP colour sensor and a 20 MP monochrome sensor, along with OIS, multiple autofocus methods and 4K video recording at 30 fps. The 24 MP front camera also gives it a stronger selfie setup than many phones of its era. A 3400 mAh battery, Huawei fast charging, USB-C, NFC, Wi-Fi ac, Bluetooth 4.2 and either single or dual nano-SIM support depending on version round out a feature set that was designed to feel premium without moving to the largest format in the range.
