Poor coverage specially when you travel within Quebec and Ontario. Even the service hub cities service breakdowns quite often. Sometimes I even face a difficulty placing a network call and the internet experience is not good either. I opted videotron for their 100+ countries with no extra roaming charges. When in one of the destination countries, I could take calls as within Canada but I was unabl

The quality of the service. Plus a good package including a cell phone. 5G.
The big downside comes from their bill. Incomprehensible to a human. Lots of discounts that come and go over the months. You have to call to understand anything, especially if there are several services on the same bill like cell phone, internet etc. However, the service is impeccable and fast.
